Job Description

We are seeking a polished and experienced Sales & Marketing Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within the hospitality or luxury goods sector and be passionate about crafting tailored solutions for high-end clients. This is not an entry-level role. We are only considering qualified and experienced professionals who can represent our premium brand with the sophistication and strategic thinking it demands.


Key Responsibilities

Sales
  • Identify, engage, and close deals with 4-star and 5-star hotels, resorts, lounges, and high-end restaurants.

  • Manage client relationships with a consultative, service-driven approach.

  • Develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts aligned with brand standards.

  • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

  • Attend and represent the brand at relevant trade shows, expos, and industry events.

Marketing
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at the luxury hospitality segment.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to generate impactful B2B content and product presentations.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to position our products strategically.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.✅ At least 3 years of proven B2B sales and marketing experience, preferably in luxury goods, hospitality supply, or FMCG with premium positioning.✅ Strong understanding of the hospitality sector, especially the expectations of upscale and luxury clientele.✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.✅ Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), MS Office Suite, and social media marketing.✅ Professional appearance and demeanor, able to confidently engage C-level executives and procurement teams.✅ Ability to travel for client meetings, trade events, or product launches.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, building customer relationships, and supporting marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Duties:

  • Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Present and promote products/services to new and existing clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Marketing Duties:
