Eligibility & Process

  • Timeframe: You must notify us via email or WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return/exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable."
    • Items with hygiene seals broken (e.g., cosmetics, fragrances).
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact us at support@premierluxesupply.com or WhatsApp: +255-792-154887 with:
    • ✔ Your order number.
    • ✔ Photos of the item(s) and any issues (if applicable).
  2. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us (tracked shipping recommended).
  4. Once received and inspected, we will ship the exchange within 5–7 business days.

Note: Exchanges may take 7–10 business days.
